'Star Wars' Felicity Jones Reveals How She Gets into Character

Star Wars: Rogue One is a hit in the box office. Millions of people ventured into the movie theater to see the latest chapter in the Star Wars franchise. One actress had the fortunate opportunity to star in the production, Felicity Jones. Jones has been involved in the film industry for a very long time. She was in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she starred alongside Eddie Redmayne in The Theory of Everything and even appeared in the movie Like Crazy. Since then, she has appeared in A Monster Calls, Inferno and most notably, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.  In an interview with THR Jones describes, “Before the six-month shoot outside London began in August 2015, she spent hours watching music videos, particularly those of Florence + the Machine.” “It became a very important part of finding her. She walks almost a bit like a caged animal. Her fight sequences become like dances,” Jones says. Jones also explained that after she found success with one movie role, the opportunities kept coming. “It was nonstop,” Jones explained. “But I always think when things are going well, you’ve got to roll with it and take those opportunities. Because you never quite know where the next one is going to take you.”
