The CW’s Jane the Virgin is a bold show that has put Gina Rodriguez in the spot light. Her comedic acting has pushed her to A-list and she is now one of the most popular Hispanic actors in Hollywood.

In a recent interview with the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, Rodriguez gave some inspiring acting advice for aspiring actors.  “Be your own hero. Be your best friend. Start now, because the second you start to love yourself, other people will love you as well.”

In addition, Gina Rodriguez discusses diversity and acting tips she uses while working on Jane The Virgin.
