According to <a href="http://www.cometourgeorgia.com/article/now-filming-in-georgia" target="_blank">reports</a>, Warner Bros. 'The Accountant' is ramping up production in the peach state after the film was previously dropped by Sony Pictures.

<a href="http://variety.com/2014/film/news/warner-bros-ben-affleck-the-accountant-1201318552/" target="_blank">Variety</a> reports that Batman will take a break from filming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, to film a new Warner Bros. Picture called "The Accountant".

The Accountant centers around a mild-mannered accountant who also works as a lethal assassin.

The movie was in pre-production for years with Will Smith attached to star in the production, but the movie was eventually sold to Warner Bros. after Sony was unable to find the right cast and crew for the movie. Warner Bros. planned to have Mel Gibson direct the production. But, sources reveal that Gavin O'Connor the director of 'Warrior' will direct the film. Earlier this month, Variety reported that Ben Affleck was in negotiations to star in the action thriller.

Mark Williams and Lynette Howell are producing the film and Drew Crevelle and Jon Gonda will executive produce on behalf of Warner Bros.

"The Accountant" Starring Ben Affleck Filming in Atlanta

<h2>Warner Bros.' <a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/tag/the-accountant/">The Accountant</a> dominates the box office to finish #1 for the weekend.</h2>
The Atlanta filmed Ben Affleck movie doubled its closet competition. Meanwhile, Kevin Hart's new movie Kevin Hart: What? debuted in number two in the box office beating Open Road's Max Steel. 

The Accountant earned an estimated $25 million over the weekend in the box office, beating analysts predictions. While the opening is relatively small and similar to last week's The Girl On the Train, the biggest difference is the audience response to the feature film. The Accountant earned an A- from CinemaScore in comparison to The Girl on the Train, which earned a B-. Neither film did very well with critics as The Accountant's RottenTomatoes score currently stands at 51% compared to Girl's 43%, but an "A-" CinemaScore suggests The Accountant could lead to a bigger box office debut in its second weekend.

That being said, The Accountant does have some added competition. Tom Cruise's Jack Reacher: Never Go Back will likely dominate the box office because the first movie received a 62% rating on RottenTomatoes and opened with $15.2 million.

Kevin Hart's What Now? earned an estimated $11.98 million in the box office and opened in 2,567 theaters, which is the largest opening ever for a stand-up comedy film. However, Kevin Hart's previous feature film, Let Me Explain, opened in only 876 movie theaters and earned $17.3 million over its five-day opening.

What Now? was not only a the biggest stand-up movie this weekend but, it was the best-reviewed film of the comedian's concert flicks. It is currently rated 78% on Rotten Tomatoes beating all the previous feature films. The film's production budget, which was funded by Hart himself, was just below $10 million, making it a pretty good investment for the Jumanji actor.

We're currently casting a Warner Brothers feature film that will heavily feature two boys to play Caucasian 12 yr old and 10 yr old boys who have extensive MMA fighting training and experience.

The film is called the ACCOUNTANT and the roles are to be young versions of Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal. It will shoot in Atlanta, George starting in January 2015. Directed by Gavin O'Connor.

YOUNG BOY (YOUNG CHRIS): Chris (Ben Affleck) as a 12 year old child, he's an intense boy with severe Asperger's who cannot make eye contact and chants a children's rhyme incessantly. Despite his limitations, his sheer brilliance is obvious. He shares a bizarre upbringing with his little brother and only friend, who has his back under any and all circumstances. SKILLS IN WUSHU, KUNG FU, PENTAK SILAT.
