On Thursday evening, sources revealed that some last-minute concerns arose regarding what the management side perceived as new negotiation points raised by the WGA. This led to extended discussions, concluding around 7:30 p.m.
Plans for a third day of negotiations were confirmed shortly before the WGA's communication to its members at 9:45 p.m. PT. It remains uncertain whether the CEOs will reconvene at AMPTP headquarters in Sherman Oaks for a third day of bargaining.

Of course this listing was made to promote Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows which comes out on June 3. The apartment comes with cable TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It also comes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The space can hold up to six people. However, this is a family friendly space so you can't drink alcohol or smoke. Despite that, pizza delivery is included. Check out the listing <a href="https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12885815" target="_blank">here</a>, which is priced at $10 USD a night. However, the rent will be refunded to guests after the stay. Additionally, for each guest that stays here, money will be donated to PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center.

You Can Rent the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Hideout on AirBnB

<h2>Are you a die-hard <a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/blog/tag/american-horror-story/">American Horror Story</a> fan? Well, you can now spend a night in the Murder House.</h2>
The home at the center of the first season of FX's horror anthology series can now be booked on Airbnb. The mansion, which can hold more than 16 people and features nine bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The house costs <a href="https://www.airbnb.com/s/Los-Angeles--CA?s_tag=f3gHQy4F">$1450 per night.</a> And according to the reviews, the home is pretty nice.
“The house was fantastic: Full of history and carrying her scars and scratches from a long and eventful life with pride,” said one reviewer. “Beds, blankets and linens were top class, kitchen well equipped and our party of five made good use of it, both for relaxation and as an alternative meeting place with colleagues from Hollywood. If you are looking for something soulful, and do not expect everything to be brand new and shiny, this place is it.”
American Horror Story is not the only TV show to film in the allegedly haunted house. The X-Files, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Twilight Zone. 
The house is more than just a staple for scary TV shows. The Alfred Rosenheim Mansion was built in 1908 and is one of the most important estates ever built in Los Angeles – having been declared both a historical and cultural landmark. With over 100 years of haunted history, the estate has been home to various residents including actor Edward Everett Horton.

'American Horror Story' Murder House is Now On AirBnB

<h2>AirBNB turns rental into a 'XXX Freak Fest'</h2>
Comedian Ari Teman at first thought he was being robbed, but it ended up being worse than he thought.

Ari Teman said he was stunned to discover that a man who rented his Manhattan apartment on AirBnB used it for a XXX Freak Fest. The most embarrassing part was he was not even invited.

The comedian told the New York Daily News that his home was ransacked and his belongings were ruined by a 'BBW Painty Raid Party'. A man identified as David rented the apartment for the night for $300 and charged guests $20 to attend.

The apartment share website agreed to reimburse him over $23,000 to cover the damages and they are putting him up in a hotel until he finds a new place to live.

"David" told teman that he needed a place to stay whe he was in town for a friend's wedding. But, when Teman stopped by later, he found something way more interesting. “There was a huge posse of large men and women in hip-hop attire looking like they got tossed from a club, hanging out in front,” he told the newspaper. He also said another “half-dozen people” moved his furniture and tossed it carelessly outside.

He tweeted to the company, “You sent an ‘XXX Sex Fest’ into my apt. $67K+ in damages. Call me now. Fix this today. Had to call NYPD. Emailed you.”

He later added: “Aside from an illegal orgy destroying my apartment, it was a lovely weekend.”

<h2 class="p1"><a href="https://www.projectcasting.com/blog/tag/airbnb/">Airbnb</a> is now looking for someone to live like a local in Italy for 3 months.</h2>
How about getting paid to go on vacation? In partnership with Wonder Grottole, an NGO, Airbnb is giving someone the ability to live the good life in a Grottole, a small village in the southern province of Italy. Grottole was built on a mountain is known for their pottery that is baked in caves, which are scattered around the hills. Humans have lived in the area dating back to the Paleolithic Period, but now, only 300 inhabitants in the historic center and over 600 empty homes, it is a place that is “endanger of disappearing.”
