Margot Robbie's 'Suicide Squad' Reboot To Film in Atlanta Starting This September
Get ready Atlanta, Georgia - James Gunn's "Suicide Squad" reboot is set to film in the ATL starting September 23rd through January 31st.
James Gunn will work as the writer and director for "The Suicide Squad" and will follow David Ayer's 2016 film "Suicide Squad". However, instead of being a sequel to the Ayer production, this is described as a new perspective to the franchise from the mind of Gunn that will feature a mix of new and old characters. Further, the project is very much rooted in Gunn's creative vision, as seen in his "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies.
