Synopsis
After a seven year hiatus big city executive Marcus Smith returns to his small town home to bury his father. After letting his “Last Words” resonate with him and witnessing the death of a family friend Marcus decides with the reluctance of his wife and business partner James Baldwin to move his family back home and fill the void his father left in the community. He quickly realizes that the tasks will be not only be challenging but may cause him his life as he is confronted by his own demons, old friends, new enemies, and a overzealous police officer who doesn’t believe or want the new changes in the community. Marcus is forced to make difficult choices about his marriage, faith, family, friends and violence.
