Selma Blair reportedly carried off of plane on stretcher following outburst.
Actress Selma Blair from the hit movies and TV shows Wild Things, The People v. O.J. Simpson and Legally Blonde was rushed from an international flight to a nearby hospital after an outburst.
According to reports, Blair was returning from Cancun, Mexico with her four-year-old son, Arthur Saint, when she began crying and started discussing physical abuse at the hands of an unnamed man.
“He burns my private parts. He won’t let me eat or drink,” she said, according to witnesses. “He beats me. He’s going to kill me.”
According to sources close to People, Blair, had consumed several mixed alcoholic drinks and prescription medications, though the prescriptions themselves are not known.
Two nurses were also on the same flight watched over Blair for the remained of the flight and searched her bag for pills. She was removed by a stretcher as soon as the plane landed in Los Angeles and taken to a local hospital.
