About FX’s “Peep Show” TV pilot:

“Peep Show” is an upcoming television pilot ordered by FX, which will be written and produced by Stefani Robinson, who is known for her work on the hit shows “Atlanta” and “What We Do in the Shadows”. The pilot is based on the British comedy series of the same name, which aired from 2003 to 2015.

The show is a first-person narrative sitcom that follows two socially awkward roommates, Mark and Jeremy, who have very different personalities and outlooks on life. The show is shot entirely from the perspective of the characters, with their inner thoughts and anxieties often revealed through voiceover.

The plot revolves around the lives of Mark and Jeremy, as they navigate through various personal and professional situations while trying to maintain their dysfunctional friendship. The show’s humor is often dark and cringe-inducing, with many uncomfortable situations and misunderstandings that arise from the characters’ lack of social skills.

The original series was a critical and commercial success, and the upcoming pilot is highly anticipated by fans of the show and those who are interested in the work of Stefani Robinson. FX has not yet announced a release date for the pilot.
