Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Caucasian male stand-in for an upcoming film production in the Atlanta area. The selected individual will work closely with the film crew to assist with lighting, framing, and camera setups by standing in for one of the main actors during technical rehearsals. This position requires the stand-in to mimic the actor's positioning, gestures, and movements to ensure continuity and prepare scenes for filming.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the director and cinematography team to facilitate setups for each scene.
- Follow instructions to position yourself accurately according to the scene requirements.
- Maintain consistency in performance to ensure the actor's movements and positions are mirrored accurately.
- Attend all scheduled shoot dates and be prepared to work various hours as needed.
- Ensure professionalism on set and adhere to all set protocols.
Requirements:
- Ethnicity: Caucasian
- Gender: Male
- Height: Approximately 5'8″ with a round figure
- Age: Between 20 to 45 years old
- Previous experience as a stand-in or in film production is preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from set locations in the Atlanta area.
- Ability to follow directions and work well under pressure.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the varied shooting dates.
- Pay rate is $182 for a 12-hour day. Overtime, if applicable, will be compensated accordingly.
