Facebook Watch‘s Queen America starring Catherine Zeta-Jones is now casting for a pageant rehearsal scene in Atlanta, Georgia.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on Thursday, July 5th and 6th in Jonesboro, Georgia.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Pageant Rehearsal Crew- Men and Women, over the age of 18, to portray Lighting Designer/Tech, Choreographer, Light Board Op.
- Pedestrian w/ Car- Women, over the age of 18, appear 40s-50s, to portray Moms with their car. No red, white, or black vehicles. Cars should be in good condition.
About Facebook’s Queen America:
According to Variety, Queen America will star Catherine Zeta-Jones. The half-hour series is described as “a dark comedy set in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It revolves around Vicki Ellis (Zeta-Jones), the most renowned and ruthless pageant coach in the state, and the hapless Samantha Stone, who hopes Vicki can mold her into worthwhile contender for the title of Miss America. Vicki is desperately sought after by young women competing to be Miss America for one reason; she can turn any girl into a winner. But when she gets paired with the beautiful but unpolished Samantha, Vicki’s entire reputation might be at stake.”
