Both parents and children will have the same working hours, making it a memorable family affair.

  1. Adults (Ages 18 and older)

Whether solo or in couples, adults will also be part of the KeyNote Audience. Dressed in appropriate neutral/earth-tone colors, participants can absorb the wealth of knowledge shared during the presentation.

Following the KeyNote presentation, kids and adults will be excited to participate in an on-camera Q&A session with the esteemed Marine Biologist. This is your chance to ask burning questions about Whale Sharks and learn more about these magnificent creatures. Participants interested in asking questions should inform the production team during the submission process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

For Minors:

  • Must be between 6 and 12 years old
  • Must possess valid work permits

For Adults:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • All Ethnicities:

The casting call welcomes actors of all ethnic backgrounds to apply

Identification: A valid driver’s license or picture ID is required

Wardrobe: Attendees should wear non-seasonal, neutral/earth tone colors, with no neon/bright/loud colors or branded clothing.

  • Each adult will receive $130 in cash for their participation.
  • Each minor will receive $150 in cash for their participation.
  • A Nite Waiver will be provided for children under 16 years old.

Job Details: We are casting for a fun documentary about Whale Sharks featuring a well-known Marine Biologist’s KeyNote presentation. The documentary will include a KeyNote Audience session and a Q&A session. The shoot will take place on Monday, August 7th, evening. The working hours will be a maximum of 8 hours from call time to wrap, with a 5:30 PM call time, lunch around 8 PM, and cover by 2:00 AM.

Job Responsibilities:

Minors (6-12 years old): The selected children will be part of the KeyNote Audience. Parents will accompany their children during the presentation, sitting next to them. Parents and children will have the same working hours.

Adults (18 and older): Some adults will be cast without children, while others may be paired as couples. Adults will also be part of the KeyNote Audience and should dress appropriately in neutral/earth-tone colors with no neon/bright/loud colors or branded clothing.

Q&A Session: After the presentation, both kids and adults can participate in an on-camera Q&A session with the Marine Biologist. Participants can ask questions related to Whale Sharks. Those interested in asking questions will have the chance to prepare with assistance from the production team.
