Arrow/The Flash Spinoff Casting Call for 3 Lead Characters

Date:

A casting call for The CW’s upcoming Arrow/The Flash spinoff has been revealed, according to reports the new series is now casting three “mystery” heroes.

Last week news hit the Internet stating that The CW was working on a new series that would combine characters from ‘Arrow’ and ‘The Flash’. Shortly thereafter, Greg Berlanti confirmed that the show was in pre production and that they were currently working on putting the cast together.

The original report stated that  Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer/A.T.O.M.), Victor Garber (one half of Firestorm), Wentworth Miller(Captain Cold), and Caity Lotz (Black Canary) would all be involved, but it also mentioned that there would be three major DC Comics characters introduced who have never appeared in a TV series before.

However, we don’t know who those three heroes are just yet, we do have a few hints.

TV Line has posted a casting call breakdown for the three characters for which the series is starting to search.

“THE TRAVELER” | Described as a “Han Solo-esque rogue who gets by with his charm, this hero hails from the future, and has journeyed back in time on a secret mission. His razor-sharp wit hides the pain of a man who has lived through serious conflict. He also harbors many secrets, always leaving both his teammates and the audience unsure of his true allegiances.

“FEMALE WARRIOR” | This twentysomething Latina is pretty but unassuming, book smart and socially awkward by day. But by night, when she hears the cry of battle, her fury is ignited and she becomes a fierce warrior — so much so, that sometimes she can become a threat to others.

“MYSTERY HERO” | An African-American male in his twenties will fill the role of a regular, street smart guy who unexpectedly gains powers, and then, as part of the team, regularly quips about the insanity of the situations.

If you are interested in being a part of this TV series you may have to contact your talent agent because, The CW is keeping details surrounding the project a secret. We will keep you updated as soon more information becomes available for the new TV series.
