Apple's New Series 'Amazing Stories' Atlanta Open Casting Call

Apple is now casting background extras for the upcoming Steven Spielberg Amazing Stories reboot in Atlanta, Georgia.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Monday, November 19th in Griffin, Georgia.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Mom Jogger: Female who portrays Caucasian ages 30's-40's. Physically Fit. Comfortable running on camera.
- Labradoodle: Male or Female who owns a labradoodle.
- Teenage Kid on Hoverboard: Teenage boy or girl ages 13-16 to work with your own hoverboard. Must be registered with the Georgia Department of Labor and have a valid photo ID.
- Neighbors: Men and Women ages 20's-60's. Max Waist 38. Max Dress Size 12.
- Neighbors w/ Car: Men and Women ages 20's-60's. Max Waist 38. Max Dress Size 12. No Red, White or Black Cars.
- Teenagers: Teenage boy or girl ages 13-16. Must be registered with the Georgia Department of Labor and have a valid photo ID.
- Soldiers: Men and Women ages 20's-40's physically fit. Dress Size 4-10. Men Max Waist 36.

According to reports, Apple is now filming in Atlanta, Georgia under the code-name "Puget Sound" for the upcoming Steven Spielberg reboot. Variety reports the new series is a reboot of Amazing Stories. "Apple is set to reboot the cult classic sci-fi series “Amazing Stories” from Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television, Variety has confirmed." A reboot of the anthology series was originally scheduled for NBC. Bryan Fuller will serve as an executive producer on the Apple version with Amblin’s Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey also executive producing. The 10-episode order for the series is part of a new content deal between Amblin, Apple, and Universal TV.
