This casting call is open to individuals with disabilities actively employed in the healthcare industry. This includes individuals who utilize adaptive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and more, as well as those who are deaf or hard of hearing and individuals with amputations, with or without prosthetic devices.
Selected candidates should ensure they are available for the shoot, scheduled in Dallas, Texas, from October 16-18.
If applicable, participants will receive a competitive pay rate of $3500 (USD) and a 20% agency fee. For talent outside of the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) area, additional compensation for travel will be provided.
The selected images and video footage will be utilized worldwide, encompassing various platforms such as websites, social media, print materials, and collateral. It’s important to note that this usage does not include Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising or Broadcast.

Participants may be required to interact with patients, colleagues, or medical equipment to portray real-life scenarios.
Requirements:
- Individuals with disabilities are actively employed in the Healthcare industry.
- This may include but is not limited to using adaptive devices like wheelchairs, walkers, etc., individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, and those with amputations with or without prosthetic devices.
- Must be available for the shoot dates in Dallas, Texas, from October 16-18.
Compensation Details:
- Pay Rate: $3500 (USD) + 20% agency fee, if applicable.
- Travel: Additional compensation for talent outside the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) area will be provided.
- Usage: Buyout – Stills + Video – Worldwide. Use will encompass Website, Social Media, Print Materials, and Collateral. This excludes Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and Broadcast.
