Commercial casting call for featured roles in Toronto, Canada.

Jigsaw Casting is looking for hockey players and jackhammer operators to work on an upcoming pain relief commercial campaign in Toronto, Canada. Casting directors are looking for guys between the ages of 25 to 35 to work on the commercial. Casting directors will be compensated between $2,000 to $3,000 to work on the commercial.

Jigsaw Casting Ltd. Is Looking For Hockey Players & Jackhammer Operators For an Upcoming Pain Relief Campaign!

Roles
For this casting we would love to see any ACTRA and/or UDA talent that fits these roles, however we are still very open to submissions from those that aren’t union members for these Special Skills.

SOC – HOCKEY ENFORCER: Age 25 – 35. Male. An experienced hockey player that is familiar with every type of check in the book. Hip Check, Shoulder Check, and everything in-between! *THERE WILL BE A STUNT FEE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS.

SOC – HOCKEY PLAYER: Age 25 – 35. Male. An experienced hockey player that is very proficient in all things hockey!

SOC – HOCKEY GOALIE: Age 25 – 35. Male. An experienced hockey player that is specialized and proficient as a Goalie.

SOC – JACKHAMMER OPERATOR: Age 20 – 50. Male or Female. Must be proficient and able to use a real jackhammer. *THERE WILL BE A STUNT FEE ASSOCIATE WITH THIS.

*Pays approximately $3000 if selected as the Hockey Enforcer or Jackhammer Op

*Pays approximately $2000 if selected as the Hockey Player or Goalie

1. Your name, age, and a brief description of your hockey and/or construction experience (including positions played)
2. Video & Photo of yourself playing hockey and/or using a jackhammer (Submissions without will not be considered)
3. Photo(s) of yourself (Where we can clearly see your face. Ideally no hats or sunglasses).
4. Your primary contact information (phone number & email address) *If you are a represented actor, please include your union status, resume & your agent’s contact information
5. Please write ‘PROJECT PAIN RELEIF’ in subject line of e-mail, along with your name and age and role. (E.G. PROJECT PAIN RELIEF- John Smith- age 30 – Hockey Enforcer)

Submissions are due by: MONDAY, AUGUST 22ND
You must be available for these key dates (in Toronto):
AUDITION: BEING CAST BY VIDEO & PHOTO ONLY
WARDROBE: MONDAY, AUGUST 29TH
SHOOT: AUGUST 31ST & SEPTEMBER 1ST (possible night shoot)
