Job Details: We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Hand Double for a crucial role in an upcoming ultra low budget short film, to be shot in Charleston, SC. The selected candidate will perform on-camera tasks primarily related to food preparation. This position requires a high level of skill in handling kitchen tools and ingredients aesthetically.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the director and crew to perform precise and visually appealing food preparation tasks on camera.
• Follow directions to ensure continuity and fulfill the director’s vision.
• Maintain professionalism on set, including adhering to scheduling requirements and set protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food preparation, ideally in a professional cooking or culinary setting.
• Excellent hand coordination and cleanliness.
• Ability to replicate precise movements consistently.
• Comfortable working under studio lighting and with filming equipment.
• Flexible availability on the specified dates.
• Local to Charleston, SC or willing to work as a local (no travel or accommodation compensation).

Compensation:

• $125 for a 10-hour workday.
• Payment terms will be discussed upon selection.
