NLC has to brag about her peeps at Spitfire Productions. THE CIRCLE BEGINS TO TURN.
Spitfire Studios’ debut feature, THE CIRCLE, starring Chelsey Crisp (HAPPY ENDINGS) and Riley Smith (90210) has begun production!! A fresh take on the horror genre, THE CIRCLE, weaves the tale of six friends who explore the charred remains of a burned out prison and end up discovering far more than they hoped for.
Helmed by Creator/Director Tripp Rhame and produced bySpitfire’s Tom Hamilton and Beth Marshall, THE CIRCLE brings together a unique team of artists and talent in a breakout production. Michael Steger (90210), Brittany Ishibashi (Emily Owens M.D., Political Animals), Elimu Nelson (House of Lies, Things Never Said), and Lyndon Smith (90210) round out the ill fated group that meet their doom when their questions asked bring unfortunate answers.
Make Up guru André Freitas (The Walking Dead, Zombieland) and Bob Shelley’s Special Effects International (Zombieland, Remember the Titans) will handle on set effects while Eric Deren (Titanic, The Amazing Spiderman) and Nate Foster (Old Man Cabbage) will supervise the digital effects team. THE CIRCLE is written by Ben Jacoby with casting handled by Levy/Gruer, CSA. Pass Line Films’ Brian Brightly (HOME RUN, LIARS ALL) is serving as Associate Producer, overseeing completion and marketing efforts.
