Casting directors are currently seeking 75 paid dancers of all ethnicities for an upcoming Party City Halloween Costume Commercial.

Heather Heinz Casting is currently casting paid dancers of ages between 8 to 35 and all ethnicities for an upcoming Party City Halloween Costume Commercial.

Party City is one of the largest party stores, competing closely with Wal-Mart, Target and other major stores. Especially during the holidays and Halloween is no exception.

Auditions occur in July and they are seeking 75 dancers between the ages of 4 to 35. There are several roles available ranging from principal roles to background extra roles. Compensation is different for each role as well and if you are selected for the Print and TV commercial. There is a possibility of making well over $4,000.

Party City’s Famous Halloween Costume Commercial is looking to cast over 75 PAID Dancers, all ethnicity, ages 4 to 35-ish!

 

Client: Party City

Union: Non-Union

Audition Date: July 21st & July 22nd

Audition Appointments: By submission only. We will notify you if we’d like you to attend the audition.
Audition Location:  Orlando – MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AS LOCAL

Shoot Dates:  July 26th, 2013 in Orlando

Fitting Dates: July 23rd and/or July 24th in Orlando

Rehearsal Dates: July 25th in Orlando

Shoot Location:  Orlando, FL

Choreographer: Paul Becker (DO NOT CONTACT DIRECTLY)

Pay Rate: see below  (please note client has NOT decided if they are going to do PRINT. If they do the rates are listed below)

PRINCIPAL DANCERS:

  • TV: $425 for session;
    • $500 for 3 month buyout;
    • Option to renew for future years for an additional $500 per year for 3 consecutive months, beginning with the first airing
    • $225  per day for rehearsal day.
    • $50 flat fitting fee
  • PRINT: Additional $1000 IF client opts to use talent for Print
    • Option to renew for future years for an additional $1000 per year for 3 consecutive months.

BACKGROUND:

  • TV: $225 for session AND 1st year run.
    • Option to renew for future years for an additional $200 per year for 3 consecutive months, AFTER 1st year run.
    • $50 flat fitting fee. (no agency fee)
  • PRINT: Additional $750 IF client opts to use Background for Print.
    • Option to renew for future years for an additional $750 per year for 3 consecutive months, AFTER 1st year run.

Usage:  All Media; Right to Use Footage in any and All Media

TV National, Internet, Social media

Possible PRINT: Circulars, Internet, in-store ads, newspaper.

BREAKDOWN:

Dancers: Men & Women, ages 4 to 35ish.

All ethnicities.

Must currently be a dancer, amateur or professional.

Must be able to pick up choreography quickly.
