The media continue to slam Miley Cyrus’ performance at the VMAs, but with all the scrutiny about her performance, her father supports her decisions.
Miley’s father, Bill Ray is quoted saying, “if twerking would have been invented and I had a foam finger, I would have done the same thing.”
