Emma Watson Acting Next to a Pre-CGI Beast Proves She Deserves an Oscar

Footage of Dan Stevens behind the scenes of Beauty and the Beast leaked and it has people going crazy.

In order for Stevens to become the Beast, he had to wear a 40-pound muscle suit and do motion capture.

In a recent interview with People, the actor talked about the difficulties of the suit, which included waltzing on stilts and having trouble going to the bathroom.

Stevens says difficulties for his co-star Emma Watson included worrying that he’d step on her feet. It was also probably difficult to act through scenes.

Despite that, someone how the movie turned into a box office hit, that’s what I call movie magic.
