Amazon’s ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ Season 2 Casting Call for a Bowling Scene

Amazon’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 2 is now casting extras for a bowling scene in New York City.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Friday, June 22nd and Monday, June 25th in Deposit, New York.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Grant Wilfley Casting is SAG OR NON UNION MEN WITH BOWLING OR PING PONG EXPERIENCE to portray 1950s Jewish Resort guests for work on the Golden Globe winning Amazon THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL. Specifically seeking Caucasian men between the ages of 18-80.

About The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel:

A housewife in the 1950s decides to become a standup comic. The AMAZON series features Rachel BrosnahanAlex Borstein, and Marin Hinkle.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Casting Call

Grant Wilfley Casting is SAG OR NON UNION MEN WITH BOWLING OR PING PONG EXPERIENCE to portray 1950s Jewish Resort guests for work on the Golden Globe winning Amazon THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL. Specifically seeking Caucasian men between the ages of 18-80.

For the ping pong scene, the work date is FRIDAY, June 22nd.

For the bowling scene, the work date is MONDAY, June 25th.

This will film in Deposit, NY. Production will provide transportation from NYC the day before, and back the day after the shoot. Will also provide accommodations.

WARDROBE FITTING will be THURSDAY, 6/14 in Brooklyn, NY.

*Must be comfortable working around atmospheric smoke. No wool allergies. This show takes place in the 1950s, and will be spring/Summer season! Interior/Exterior work!

All must be 18+ over and local to the NY area to work this scene. Must also have valid, government issued ID to work!

-Do you have full day availability for shoot date? and two travel days surrounding the shoot date?
-What ID will you be bringing to set to fill out an I-9?
-Please attach 2-3 recent photos so we can see your CURRENT look! One picture should be full length! Please include photo/video of you bowling/playing ping pong if possible!
-Please note any bowling or ping pong experience
-Men: are you comfortable being clean shaven?
-Men: are you comfortable receiving a 1950s haircut?

Rate is $176/8hrs
