In case you did not know, Warner Bros. is home to some of the biggest recording artists, television shows, and movie franchises.

The entertainment company, which is located in Burbank, California, has operations in film, TV, and video games. Founded in the early 1900s by the Warner Bros, the entertainment company has made billions with major feature films including, The Dark Knight, Wonder Woman, Harry Potter, Suicide Squad, IT, The Hobbit franchise, and Inception.

Fall 2020 Virtual Intern – Alloy Entertainment

Alloy Entertainment is currently seeking an intern for Fall 2020. We are looking for students who are eager to learn the processes of film and television development and have passion for storytelling about the lives and experiences of young adults. Interns will need to be diligent, knowledgeable of current events in culture and in the industry, possess time management skills, an understanding of storytelling and a unique perspective. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Read and write coverage for incoming book and script submissions.
  • Work closely with assistants to update submission logs and development reports with comments/notes for coverage.
  • Research projects on various film and television targets.
  • Compile reports on up and coming talent.
  • Participate in development pitches and group discussions.

Fall 2020 Virtual Intern – WB Creative Development Roles (multiple)

Warner Bros. has been entertaining audiences for more than 90 years through the world’s most-loved characters and franchises. Warner Bros. employs people all over the world in a wide variety of disciplines. We’re always on the lookout for energetic, creative people to join our team.

Our internship program is designed to provide an opportunity to gain knowledge of and exposure to a working studio environment. The Company makes a special effort to provide the support and training needed to prepare interns to succeed in real-time projects and assignments.

To be eligible to participate in our Fall 2020 internship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be enrolled in pursuit of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university during the entire 7 weeks of the internship, not graduating prior to the end of the internship.
  • Must be available to intern part-time, virtually, from October 19th – December 4th.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work for pay in the US; credit-only internships not allowed.

WB Finance & Accounting Virtual Intern – Fall 2020

This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in pursuing a career within finance, accounting, distribution, sales planning and analysis, and other related fields. We are seeking interns with strong skills in reporting and analytics and working knowledge in Excel to contribute to various finance and accounting businesses across the company. Interns will gain insight and knowledge of the industry by way of practical work experience, such as preparing budgets, forecasting, tracking sales and contracts, and exposure to various facets of the business.

In related news, Gap is now hiring people to work from home. The Gap is now hiring Customer Service Chat Representatives to work remotely with the company. According to the job posting, GAP is looking for “a Chat Specialist I agent to provide superior experiences to our Gap Inc brand customers. In this role, you’ll interact with customers from around the world via chat. You’ll answer chats from customers at all of our brands and US, EU and UK markets, including Gap, Old Navy, Athleta, and Banana Republic.”
