Pirates of the Caribbean 5 Now Filming, Casting Lead Roles

Pirates of the Caribbean 5, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Tells No Tales Casting Call revealed 

Pirates of the Caribbean 5, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Tells No Tales is currently filming in Queensland, Australia and is now casting speaking roles and hiring crew members to work on the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean sequel.

Pirates of the Caribbean 5 features Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, and Javier Bardem and will center around Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) as he under goes another thrilling adventure with the help of his pirate crew. There were rumors that Orlando Bloom was no longer interested in working in Pirates of the Caribbean 5 but, according to reports the actor will be back for the sequel.

“There have certainly been some discussions about it and I’m open to it. That whole experience working with Johnny and (director) Gore (Verbinski) was really amazing for me. I had a great time working with Johnny, one of the reasons I jumped at the opportunity was because Johnny was involved. I was such a massive fan of Johnny Depp growing up so to get up close and personal to Johnny and see how he worked as an actor was just a massive gift.”

The Federal Minister for the Arts, Senator the Hon George Brandis QC, Queensland Premier Campbell Newman and Queensland Minister for the Arts Ian Walker has announced The Walt Disney Studios’ decision to film the fifth instalment of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise in Queensland, Australia, according to Film Ink. Producers are looking for qualified and available crew to apply for vacant crew positions on the fifth instalment of the Pirates of the Caribbean production by emailing their CVs to the production office at the following email address: [email protected]

According to IMDB, Susie Figgis and Ronna Kress will be casting speaking roles in Pirates of the Caribbean 5. Susie Figgis has worked many successful movies, such as: “Sleepy Hollow” (1999), “The Full Monty” (1997), “Interview with a Vampire” (1994)Ronna Kress is known for her work on Without a Trace (2002), Notting Hill (1999) and Romeo + Juliet (1996).

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales opens in U.S. theaters on July 7th, 2017.
