Date:

ABC has released their fall lineup 2015 and it’s pretty impressive. Here’s the breakdown of new ABC shows.

‘The Muppets’ is one of five new shows that ABC is planning on revealing for their fall 2015-2016 schedule. Other new shows include ABC’s ‘Quantico,’ ‘Dr. Ken,’ ‘OIL’ and ‘Of Kings and Prophets.’ Premiere dates for the shows have not yet been announced, but ‘The Muppets’ reboot from ‘The Big Bang Theory’ creator Billy Prady will kick off Tuesday nights at 8 p.m., while ‘Quantico’ – a new drama whose pilot filmed in Atlanta, Georgia will air at 10 p.m. ABC’s ‘Quantico’ is a new drama about an FB recruit suspected of masterminding the biggest attack on New York City since 9/11.

OIL ABC

ABC’s new series ‘OIL’ centers around a a small city in North Dakota that discovers billions of barrels oil. ‘OIL’ will air on Sundays at 9 p.m., followed by the bibilical TV series ‘Of Kings and Prophets’ at 10.

If you are a fan of Shonda Rhimes, Thursdays will still be your favorite day of the week. ABC still plans to leave ‘Scandal,’ ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ and ‘How To Get Away with Murder’ right where it is. However, you may have to make room for Shonda Rhimes for her new show, ‘The Catch’ is expected to appear this 2015-2016 season. Mireille Enos leads the cast as a fraud investigator who’s about to be the victim of fraud herself by her fiancé. Between her cases, she is determined to find him before it runs her career.

‘Uncle Buck’ is a modern version of the 1989 John Candy comedy, it will also debut at some point during the season. Other news shows ABC has picked up ‘The Family,’ ‘The Real O’Neals’ and ‘Wicked City.’

“Our new slate of shows continues the momentum from last year,” Paul Lee, president of ABC Entertainment Group said. “ABC was the most buzzed about network, and the only major network to hold on to its audience and to grow in the target demo. Our 2015-16 schedule, with new shows and returning favorites that reflect our commitment to world-class storytelling, will solidify ABC’s place as the network that raises the bar for what viewers expect from broadcast television.”
