Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment leaves him with super powers and an alter ego Deadpool. Directed by Tim Miller and featuring Ryan Reynolds as the anti-hero, hits theaters on February 12th in the U.S. There was a lot of controversy surrounding Deadpool. In fact, it was recently banned in China due to the amount of graphic violence. Deadpool, which was produced by 20th Century Fox and based on the Marvel comic book character, has been denied permission to screen in China due to the amount of violence, nudity and graphic language.
