The music streaming giant, Spotify, is now hiring Associate Content Writers to join their company. According to the job posting, Spotify is “looking for a passionate storyteller to join the Parcast script-writing team. You will write podcasts consumed by millions of people while working with a diverse and talented creative team! You will shepherd podcasts episodes from initial research and story development through production, and write edit, and polish scripts for our growing network of 20+ always-on, evergreen shows. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences podcasts.”

Job Requirements include the following:

  • Write scripts for a variety of Parcast Network shows, including 30-45 minute weekly podcasts, shorter form daily shows, and other forms of auditory content
  • Research assigned topics and determine the strongest narrative within true events
  • Provide creative notes to other full-time writers on their scripts
  • Assist in developing new podcast series as needed
