AFI short film looking for crew [Paid]
Project: FATHER TIME – an AFI 2nd Year Visual Essay.
Shoot dates: 6/4-6/6
Location: Los Angeles
Logline: A grief-filled daughter tries to travel back in time to save his father with a time machine but accidentally lands herself into the distant future.
CAUTION: This project involves a live-size time machine and miniature work ????
Position needed:
1. UPM: $300 flat. Half-time from now till production, full time on shoot days. Potential opportunity to Line/UPM for producer’s thriller thesis film with proper pay.

2. H&MU: $300 flat for 6/5 and 6/6. We are looking for an artist who can do both hair and makeup. There are two actors in total and our female lead needs to be aged up & down 5 years in all scenes. Bonus pay if you could also be our Costumer!

3. Costumer: $100 flat for 6/5 and 6/6. We are pulling wardrobe from our talents so the workload is lighter. There are two actors and 6 looks in total.

4. Scripty: 6/4-6/6. Unpaid unfortunately ☹ However this could be your opportunity to jump into the AFI community and land your next paid gigs because all of the AFI crew members on this set will shoot their thesis this year and will have a budget to pay scripty.

5. PA & Art PA: 6/4-6/6. Unpaid unfortunately ☹ However this could be your opportunity to jump into the AFI community and garner experience in production.
