Casting Call: Non-Union Child Actors for "Long Bright River"
Job Details:
We are seeking non-union child actors, ages 9-12, to portray students in the upcoming production of "Long Bright River". This is a fantastic opportunity for young, aspiring actors to gain on-set experience in a professional environment and to be part of a dynamic storytelling experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Portray a student character in various scenes, following the director's guidance and the script's requirements.
Participate in costume fittings and adhere to the wardrobe requirements for the role.
Be prepared to take direction and feedback from the director and other crew members.
Ability to work well with other cast members and maintain professionalism on set.
Attend all scheduled shoots on time and ready to perform.
Comply with all set safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
Ages 9-12, any gender and ethnicity.
Non-union.
Must be available on Monday, April 15, during school hours for the shoot in Yonkers, NY.
Previous acting experience is preferred but not required.
Must have a guardian or parent available to accompany them to the set and during the duration of the shoot.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and provide necessary documentation.
Comfortable in front of the camera and able to take direction well.
Must adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols as outlined by the production team.
Compensation Details:
The rate for this role is $176 per day.
This is a non-union project, and compensation is a flat rate for the day, regardless of hours worked.
Payment will be issued according to the production company's standard payroll schedule.
