MUST HAVE FULL DAY AVAILABILITY WITH NO CONFLICTS.

 

COVID Testing and Costume Fitting will be the week of August 23rd.

 

(Please note there are TWO options for COVID testing below)

 

Option A: If production can verify that you are fully vaccinated, you will only need to attend two COVID tests on the following dates:

--Pre-Fitting: 24-48 hours before your fitting

--Pre-Shoot: August 27th

(You will also be tested when you arrive to set on your filming days)

 

Option B: MINDFUL SELF-MONITORING (MSM)

Non-Verified or Non-Vaccinated Background will need to attend 3-4 COVID tests on the following dates:

--MSM: August 23rd & August 25th

--Pre-Fitting: 24-48 hours before your fitting

--Pre-Shoot: August 27th

(You will also be tested when you arrive to set on your filming days)

 

Regardless of the option above that will apply to you, ALL TESTING will be done on-site in Cleveland and will be paid for by production. Must be COVID-tested even if you have been vaccinated.

Upon booking you will receive instructions on how to verify your vaccination status. Please do not send us photos of your vaccination cards at this time.
