USAGE:  Any and All Media - including but not limited to broadcast TV and non-broadcast video (sales meetings, public display, PR, etc), Corporate / Educational use, Internet/Web, Industrial, Social/New Media, Print
TERMS:  In perpetuity
DATES: Shoot will be one day between Fri 1/22, Sat 1/23, Sun 1/24, & Mon 1/25 

COVID TESTING:  All talent will need to be covid tested within 72hrs of their shoot date & provide negative test results to production prior to arrival on set.
