Feature Film Speaking Roles

A major motion picture, soon to film in Europe, is looking for a young boy who can sing country music, as well as a woman to play a small-town diner waitress. Acting experience is not necessary.

The people selected for this film will be traveled to Europe at the expense of production, (the guardian of the boy will also be traveled) and will receive SAG-AFTRA pay for principal performers.

This is a very unique opportunity for the persons selected in these roles.

BREAKDOWN OF ROLES

BOY - Seeking a boy with strong country-western singing skills - 7 to 9 years old (or a small 10), authentically Southwestern, Western or Southern quality. Inquisitive, bright, natural. Acting experience is not necessary. In your submission, please include a link to singing a country song, with the boy, if possible, accompanying himself on guitar or banjo. If not possible, he can sing a-capella.

WAITRESS – Female with an authentic southern or Oklahoma feel. 50s-70s. She is gritty. Real. A weathered face is fine.
