A24 TV Pilot Speaking Roles Casting Jayden

Currently casting main and supporting roles for a new A24 pilot - looking to feature a diverse group of young feminine presenting talent.
 
The show is written and created by Liza Mandelup (Jawline) and Mary Bronstein (Yeast).
 
Project is slated to shoot November 2022 in Atlanta, GA
 
We are currently seeking all body types, ethnicities and backgrounds - those submitting should appear to be 14 - 17 yrs old (Must be 18+ excluding the role of Drea and PK). 
Prior professional acting experience is not required for all roles.

Casting: 
 
Jayden
  • 16 years old, girl
  • East Asian (Korean, Chinese) and American.
  • All body types. Jayden is gorgeous and aspirational, wealthy and fancy but kind and sweet.
  • There’s a loving motherly quality to her spirit that catches people off guard.
  • Will appear in see-through bra which will show chest/nipple, but open to prosthetic if actor prefers (this is in the context of changing clothes and not in a sexual scene). 
  • MUST BE 18+.

2) AUDITION VIDEO 
 
HOW TO CREATE THE AUDITION VIDEO:
Please submit as one video file if possible:
 
- Feel free to use your phone.  Shoot horizontally.  Do not look at the camera.  Make sure you have someone to read the other character's lines off camera.  You should be looking at your scene partner.

- Do not read the stage direction as part of your audition.

- Try to learn the lines as well as you can -- we don't want you reading off the page.

-If you are not American please do all scenes with an American accent.
