This role will be responsible for assisting with projects, interdepartmental coordination & general administrative tasks. This role is an hourly, temporary position and will work onsite in our Hollywood, CA office. Duties & Responsibilities <ul><li>Support the team with pre-production planning and scheduling</li><li>Provide meeting support for the content leadership team through scheduling, setting up calls / videos, taking notes, and providing follow-ups and action items after meetings</li><li>Utilize and monitor Monday.com, our project management platform</li><li>Work closely with the talent team to facilitate scheduling for productions</li><li>Act as point of contact and liaison for the content leadership team</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional-level experience</li><li>1+ years experience in an administrative or coordinator role</li><li>1+ years of general production experience, a plus </li><li>Proficient in G Suite, Zoom, Slack & Monday.Com (or equivalent platform) </li><li>Professional communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Extremely organized and detail oriented</li><li>Excellent follow-up and follow-through with confidence to stay on top of and anticipate priorities </li></ul> Why work for FaZe?
