Main Duties <ul><li>Serve as the key point of contact between Production and Dailies Operators, distribute dailies related documentation and manage all communications.</li><li>Work with the Dailies teams and engineering to create and revise custom workflow documentation to production spec.</li><li>Work with the Sales team to prep upcoming shows and ensure accurate hand off to Dailies teams.</li><li>Manage dailies operators’ schedules, travel, and equipment logistics.</li><li>Pre-Bill work done and interact with project management tools such as ASANA and SLACK. </li></ul>What You Bring <ul><li>Knowledge of Colorfront, Avid Media Composer, PIX.</li><li>Basic understanding of Image Science and VFX workflows.</li><li>Excellent work ethic and positive attitude. </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Desire to learn and contribute to the development of a new department.</li><li>Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced work environment. </li><li>Proficient understanding of dailies deliverables and workflow.</li><li>Working knowledge of Editorial files – Avid bins & ALEs.</li><li>Understands how to read camera reports, sound reports</li><li>Maintain a professional attitude with management and clients.</li><li>Effective Organizational Skills</li><li>Strong Multi-Tasking Abilities and priority assessment skills </li></ul>Shift The Associate Dailies Producer schedule will change based on department and production needs but will normally adhere to Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm shift pattern.
