PR & Influencer Assistant in CA by GUESS?, Inc.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Assist with garnering fashion press coverage for GUESS brands through showroom maintenance, samples tracking and editorial outreach.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Communicate with all major fashion/lifestyle publications to ensure all requests are properly met. Track upcoming media placements and features
Satisfy and track editorial credit requests to guarantee accurate placement. Handle celebrity/editor/influencer gifting
Update customer service log with confirmed placements and distribute internally. Support Public Relations team in all aspects
Manage sample coordination. Oversee current line, making sure all product is produced before sending out to publications. Maintain media lists/blogger decks

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
