In addition, a usage buyout fee of $2,000 includes rights to User-Generated Content (UGC) and the talent's owned media if the content is used. For represented talent, there will be a 20 agency fee. The campaign's term length is one year, with worldwide digital, web, social, and PR usage. In the USA, the content may also be used for CTV and print marketing materials (e.g., OBGYN sales materials). After the term length expires, the client will only actively promote or re-post the images if extended via a paid buyout. However, social media posts, blog posts, and internal company usage for research and reference are permitted indefinitely.
