Job Details: We seek enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to participate in an upcoming REEBOK commercial. This exciting opportunity will showcase your athletic prowess and charisma while representing the iconic REEBOK brand. If you're between 20 and 34 and passionate about fitness and sports, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic chance to be a part of a high-profile commercial shoot that will take place on September 22nd.
Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Showcase Athletic Abilities: Demonstrate your athletic skills and agility while wearing REEBOK athletic gear.</li>
<li>Exude Confidence: Bring your unique personality and energy to the shoot to help capture the spirit of the REEBOK brand.</li>
<li>Follow Direction: Listen and adapt to the director's instructions to ensure a successful commercial shoot.</li>
<li>Collaborate: Work with other cast members and production crew to create an engaging and memorable commercial.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Age: Applicants must be between 20 and 34 years old.</li>
<li>Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.</li>
<li>Ethnicity: All ethnicities are welcome to apply.</li>
<li>Athleticism: Professional athletes are not required, but&nbsp;a passion for fitness and sports is essential.</li>
<li>Charisma: A confident and vibrant personality is a plus.</li>
</ul>
Compensation:

<li>Rate: $1,000 for the day of the shoot on September 22nd.</li>
</ul>

Fresh Films (formerly Dreaming Tree Foundation) creates Emmy-nominated films, TV shows, and documentaries while training future filmmakers in all aspects of film. Youth collaborate on-set rotating through every film position – from camera and sound, to editing and effects – to gain technical and workplace skills for college and future careers. Our alumni work all across the industry from Warner Brothers to BET! Our work has been seen on DIRECTV, PBS, IFC, iTunes, Amazon, Redbox, and in Theatres. Position Summary:<ul><li>Developing and executing marketing that elevates the Fresh Films brand</li><li>Engage and build diverse youth participation across year-round regional and national programming</li><li>Drive Fresh Films recognition as a thought leader and best-in-class organization for workforce training of diverse talent for entertainment and creative economy jobs.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance and tactical oversight of ad creative, content development, social platform usage, and media decisions targeting key audiences and stakeholders.</li><li>Execute regional and national marketing initiatives.</li><li>Infuse research insights in messaging and positioning to grow confidence in the Fresh Films mission and brand. Instill reliance on metrics to drive decision-making as part of managing and developing the marketing team.</li></ul> Other responsibilities include:<ul><li>Refine AND execute annual strategic marketing plans that include goals, objectives, budgets, timing, etc. to grow Fresh Films youth participation, donors, and partnership interactions</li><li>Help establish strong branding, positioning, and messaging that sets the organization apart</li><li>Create and report metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics</li><li>Proactively manage website updates & SEO, review, and analyze metrics to improve and optimize marketing performance and decision making</li><li>Oversee research and insights needs; manage research partners and proactively identify and share insights with implications from all research findings</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to increase program ROI and achieve new business revenue targets</li><li>Work with the development/partnerships team to support donor marketing, and stakeholder engagement and execute co-branded partner communications, including liaison with high-level partners</li></ul> What We Expect:A strong marketer with a track record of both strategic planning and hands-on marketing execution across a variety of marketing tactics and media. The ideal candidate is an organized, self-starter who discerns work priorities and meets deadlines with minimum supervision. We’re a small team so big-picture thinking in combination with hands-on doing is part of the culture. Additional qualities that will ensure success in the role include:<ul><li>6-9 years of progressive marketing experience working across multiple tactics, preferably with some agency experience</li><li>Multicultural marketing experience with youth and/or young adult targeting expertise</li><li>Ability to analyze research and handle KPI reporting</li><li>Team management, development or coaching experience</li><li>Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills oriented to relationship management</li><li>Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently with a strong sense of decision impact</li><li>Proficiency in multi-tasking, working across different projects and initiatives simultaneously</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing focus and priorities</li><li>Ability to think big and be hands-on in the execution of marketing</li></ul> Benefits<ul><li>3 weeks of vacation</li><li>Office closed for 8 Federal holidays plus the week between Christmas and New Years</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Will require some evening or weekend work to attend productions</li><li>Will require travel to FF Rock Island, IL headquarters or to program locations 6-12 times per year to connect and engage on partnership initiatives; support partnerships for the diverse youth we serve.
