A new VICE branded project about modern parents livng in the Toronto, Canada area:
The nature of parenthood is changing. As the world becomes a more expensive, overcrowded and challenging place, the decision to have children is weighed against a multitude of uncertainties. But it isn’t stopping a variety of modern parents from finding their own solutions for the challenges of raising children.
Taking a sweeping look at parents with disparate backgrounds, approaches, and results, including LGBTQ couples, freelancers turned stay at home parents, and even the couples who have consciously decided not to have kids, this series will explore and discuss what the next stage in many people’s lives could look like.
Are you expecting a child? Do you have a new born baby? Are you currently raising a toddler and facing various decision making situations?
We want to hear all about your current unique situations, the good, the bad and everything in between.
Compensation for selected parents: $1000+
Must be available for a day of filming between December and end of January. (One or Two filming days)
