Ed Helms stars in the New Line Cinema reboot of the Vacation film series as Rusty Griswald, the son of Chevy Chase’s iconic character of the original four films. Vacation stars Ed Helms and Christina Applegate and Horrible Bosses‘ directors’ John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein write and direct.

Tammy Smith Casting of Atlanta is looking for kids ages 8 to 15 to work on a theme park scene in the upcoming movie, ‘Vacation’ starring Ed Helms and Christina Applegate.

For the movie “VACATION”- Kids ages 8 to 15 for a theme park scene

***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- there is a LOT of info to know that is important BEFORE you submit ***

Casting KIDS, ages 8 to 15, ALL ethnicities
for a scene in a summer time theme park

***NOTES***************************************************************
NOTE 1: We will book SOME parents (not ALL) with their kids too, so please, if you are interested in working on camera as well, include your photo and stats in the submission as well, and we will let you know if we can book you as well, if we are booking your child or children. ALSO NOTE, that NO other kids are allowed on the work day, other than the kids we book within these age ranges


***There will be a separate post later this week for adults only, FYI

NOTE 2: the pay rate for kids is $80 for 8 hrs with OT after that.
(Minors can only work a max of a 10hr day)
Adults make $64 for 8 hrs with OT after that

NOTE 3: This is a TIME SENSITIVE booking. It is mandatory that we process a work permit application for the state of Georgia for all minors to work on a film or show. In order to do that, you MUST have access to a printer/scanner OR fax machine for us to do this. Kids will be chosen early this week in order for us to get the process going ASAP for work permits that WE do for the labor board.

CURRENT PHOTOS !!!!!!!!!!!!
(please include at least two- one that shows face and hair well (NO hats or sunglasses or other people/kids please) as well as one that is from the knees or waist up) -. A photo you can have that was taken recently, in good light, that shows them casual, is best.
A more serious, non smiling photo as an option is ideal, if possible.
Family photos are fine in this case.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD IN THIS AGE RANGE, send them TOGETHER with all of their info and photos in ONE email, listed as requested above, HOWEVER we cannot guarantee that siblings will both be chosen, although we will try!
AGAIN, please note that we only need a certain percentage of the real parents booked with kids, so we will let you know if you are also being booked or if you will just be there as your child’s chaperone on the day
