Tyler Perry’s ‘Too Close to Home’ Atlanta Casting Call for FEATURED Roles

Date:

Tyler Perry is now casting actors, models, and talent to work on an upcoming scene for his new TLC series Too Close to Home. Producers are casting featured roles and looking for extras to work with their cars for an exterior scene.

About Too Close To Home:

According to Variety, Tyler Perry is writing, directing and producing the first ever scripted series for TLC. “Too Close to Home” centers around “the story of a young woman who escaped her working class upbringing to discover unparalleled success in the fast-paced D.C. political circuit, only to find herself at the center of a scandal. After a steamy affair with a married senator makes national headlines, she is forced to return to her trailer park beginnings, where her past and everyone in it resurfaces to complicate everything,” according to Variety.

Tyler Perry’s new project is a major move for TLC, which has been known lately for scandalous reality shows. TLC has also given the green light to several new TV shows including an unscripted reality show about interior designing.
