Showtime’s “City on a Hill” Casting Call for Real Military Veterans

Showtime‘s new series by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon City on a Hill is now casting veterans in New York City.

Showtime’s new series “City on a Hill” is now casting real male veterans in wheelchairs and amputee veterans to work as a background actor on the show. Filming will shoot on Tuesday, April 16th in New Rochelle, New York. Transportation will be provided from Manhattan.

About City on a Hill:

The new Showtime series City on a Hill is executive produced by Tom Fontana, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Jennifer Todd, James Mangold, Barry Levinson, and Michael Cuesta.

According to Deadline, the series is written by Chuck MacLean (Boston Strangler) and is based on an original idea by Ben Affleck. City on a Hill is set in the early 1990s Boston when “the city was rife with violent criminals emboldened by local law enforcement agencies in which corruption and racism was the norm, until it suddenly all changed.”

How to apply:

GWC is seeking SAG-AFTRA & NON-UNION to portray Male Veterans in wheelchairs, and amputee Veterans for background work on the Showtime series CITY ON A HILL.

Tentative Shoot Date: Tuesday April 16th in New Rochelle, NY. Transportation will be provided from Manhattan.
Fitting TBD in Brooklyn.

-Confirm you are a Tri-State area local
-Do you have any visible tattoos?
-If needed, would you be comfortable receiving a haircut and being clean shaven?
-Confirm okay with atmospheric smoke
-What IDs can you provide for your I9? (please note if you have a visa or restricted ID of any kind)
-If submitting for Amputee, please describe your amputation (ex. below the knee, etc.)
-If submitting for Veteran in Wheelchair, please note the type of wheelchair you use (include photo if you can)
