‘Roots’ Remake New Orleans Casting Call for Season Finale Episode

‘Roots’ remake casting call for season finale episode filming in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Caballero Casting is looking for Caucasian men and women to work on the season finale of Roots filming between December 14th and December 23rd. Producers are looking for men and women of all ages. Men will need to be clean shaven. Women will need natural colored hair, no roots or highlights and hair should be at least shoulder length.

About Roots:

A&E Networks is working on the Roots remake. The new mini-series will be a remake of the classic 1997 miniseries that traced a black family’s history from salvery on to the end of the Civil War. The eight-episode series, which has been in the works since 2013, will air simultaneously on The History Channel, A&E, and Lifetime in 2016.

‘Roots’ Mini-Series Open Casting Call

Now casting Caucasians for Roots to work on the FINAL EPISODE! This episode will film between DEC 14th -DEC 23rd. You do not have to be available everyday in order to be considered.
