Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in Atlanta, Georgia starting February 2021.

About Raising Dion:
Raising Dion is a superhero drama series, which premiered on October 4, 2019. The series is based on the 2015 comic book and short film. In January 2020, Netflix renewed the series for a second season.
The series centers around a woman named Nicole who raises her son Dion after the death of her husband Mark. The show focuses on the challenges of being a single mother while her son starts developing superhero abilities. Nicole must keep her son’s gifts secret with the help of Mark’s best friend Pat, and protect Dion from people out to exploit him to determine the origin of his abilities.
The series is executive produced by Michael B. Jordan, Carol Barbee, Charles D. King, Kim Roth, Poppy Hanks, Kenny Goodman, Dennis Liu, Seith Mann, and Michael Green.

According to IMDB, Christine Kromer from Alexa L. Fogel Casting is the casting director for Raising Dion. Kromer is known for her work on True Detective (2014), The First Purge (2018) and The A-Team (2010).
