NFL Commercial Casting Call For Principal Roles (Pay is $2,500+)

An upcoming NFL commercial is now casting fans and kids in Cleveland, Ohio.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on July 23rd in Cleveland, Ohio. Talents have the opportunity to get paid more than $2,000.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Children:
    Ages 7-11 years old. You can be older and look younger, you can not be younger than 7.
    Any ethnicities
    Must be energetic and loud
  • Cowboy Fans:
    2 males & 1 Female
    All Ethnicities
    20-25 years old
    Cool Trendy, Hip

Please read carefully,

Session Date: Tomorrow, Wednesday July 17th, with Angela Boehm
CB: Thursday, July 18th with Marcy Ronan and client, at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Cleveland.

Fitting-July 22nd (Not everyone will be needed for fitting, only On Camera Principals, please be avail for it in case needed)
Shoot Day- July 23rd

Children;
Ages 7-11 years old. You can be older and look younger, you can not be younger than 7.
Any ethnicities
Must be energetic and loud

Cowboy Fans;
2 males & 1 Female
All Ethnicities
20-25 years old
Cool Trendy, Hip

Pay for kids depending on how they are cast,

Extras $175. Per 8 hour
Featured extras $500 per 8-hour work, a fitting fee of $50
On-Camera Principals

On-Camera Principals:

Session fee: $500.00 payment per 8 hour Work Day – minor’s hours will be per OH Child Labor Law

Usage Buyout fee: $2,000.00 payment if OCP appears in final materials

Fitting fee: $50.00 payment for 2-hour fitting tentatively scheduled for the day prior; or $25.00 for wardrobe allowance if

provided by OCP

Overtime: Hours worked beyond the first 10 will be paid at time and a half.

Agent Fee: 20% (if applicable)

MATERIALS:

• One (1) commercial, up to 90s in length including unlimited edits, cut-downs, versions, stills, and any related digital materials

o Stills / Gifs taken during the shoot or lifted from footage o Behind the scenes footage and stills

USAGE MEDIUMS:

TV

Anywhere on the Internet and Social, Paid and Unpaid.

Industrial (any public space – including, but not limited to – in-store, in-cinema, in-flight, etc.)

New Media (including, but not limited to use of the commercial on a mobile device)

PR (Publicity purposes i.e. award shows/agency website and social media postings of the materials for the term)

TERRITORIES:

• Worldwide
PRODUCT CATEGORY CONFLICTS/EXCLUSIVITY:

Professional Sports Leagues

TERM AND PRODUCT CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY TERM:

• Twelve (12) months from first use date
o Advertiser shall have the right to keep all Materials archived on NFL owned Internet and Social channels in

Perpetuity. Materials shall not be promoted via paid media.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

**No Talent should be a current NCAA, NJCAA, or NAIA athlete or be high school aged and have aspirations to become a college athlete. NCAA rules prohibit the use of an enrolled student-athlete’s name or picture to endorse a commercial product or service. The penalty for violating this rule is loss of eligibility.

Must be available for the casting session tomorrow in North Olmsted and call backs Thursday downtown Cleveland.
