About NBC Manifest:

Manifest is an American supernatural drama television series, created by Jeff Rake, that premiered on September 24, 2018, on NBC. The series follows the passengers and crew of a commercial airliner who suddenly reappear after being presumed dead for more than five years. It stars Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J. R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina, Parveen Kaur, and Matt Long.

The series centers on the passengers of Flight 828 who experience an unexplainable event that leaves them with a deep feeling that something extraordinary has happened to them. That feeling is heightened after they discover that no time has passed in the world since their plane disappeared. With the help of Zeke Landon (Messina), an unlikely passenger on Flight 828, and Michaela Stone family (Roxburgh), a detective who learns that her brother was also on board Flight 828, they soon discover that this event has unleashed a series of events both mysterious and extraordinary.

As the passengers begin to understand their new reality, they must confront impossible truths and a barrage of questions; where are they from? What happened on Flight 828? Is there a greater purpose to their return? As Michaela and Ben (Dallas) struggle to make sense of it all, they find themselves at the center of an unfolding mystery that could change the lives of everyone aboard Flight 828 forever.

Tune in to NBC’s Manifest Mondays at 10/9c to follow along and find out more. Every episode will bring new revelations, clues and a journey down an inexplicable rabbit hole. You won’t want to miss it!

The series is produced by Warner Bros. Television, Universal Television, and Compari Entertainment in association with Jeff Rake Productions and Robert Zemeckis’ ImageMovers. Jeff Rake serves as the writer and executive producer along with Robert Zemeckis, Jack Rapke, Len Goldstein, Jackie Levine and co-executive producers David Frankel and Lauren Gladsten Grodner. The series is also executive produced by Andrew Stearn, Ryan Condal, Craig Sweeny and Jackie Levine.

In October 2018, NBC ordered additional episodes for the first season and renewed the show for a second season that aired in 2020, and again in 2021. In June 2021, the series was canceled by NBC after three seasons. The series joined Netflix in June 2021 and immediately topped the charts, pushing Netflix to renew the series for a fourth and final season of 20 episodes.
