‘My All American’, University of Texas Feature Film, Extras Casting Call in Austin, Texas

“My All American” movie posted a casting call seeking extras to appear in the movie filming in Austin, Texas.

My All American centers on the life of formerUniversity of Texas football player Freddie Steinmark and the National Championship Texas team of 1969. The movie is directed by Angelo Pizzo, writer and producer of Rudy and Hoosiers.

Casting directors are looking for men and women of all ethnicities for several scenes in the movie.

OF ALL ETHNICITIES FOR 6/5 AND 6/6
&
SEEKING MEN AND WOMEN AGES 18+ THAT ARE PRIMARILY CAUCASIAN FOR 6/9 AND 6/11 FOR BANQUET SCENES

MY ALL AMERICAN, written and directed by Angelo Pizzo, (writer/producer of Rudy and Hoosiers) and starring, Aaron Eckhart as Coach Darrell Royal, chronicles the life of former University of Texas football player Freddie Steinmark and the National Championship Texas team of 1969.

Filming Dates: Thursday-June 5 (Modern Day recreation of UT game), Friday-June 6 (UT Campus in the late 1960s), Monday-June 9 (1960s Alumni Banquet), Wednesday-June 11 (NY Banquet)

Time: Estimated times are roughly 8am-8pm each day. These times are not set in stone, we just ask you to be completely available and flexible the day(s) you work.

Location: Austin, TX (Exact location TBA-will most likely be near the UT campus)

Pay Rate: $58 just for showing up. Time and a half after 8 hours. Expect to work 8-12 hours. (12 hours would pay $101.50) FOOD AND SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED.

IMPORTANT: Must also be a Texas Resident with a valid ID.
