Men Are Crazy Too (MACT) is a web-series about five female best friends navigating their way through life and love in their own interesting, yet respective ways. It’s often said that women tend to be the crazy ones when relationships end, but thanks to Naomi, Simone, Tonya, Tiffany, Patrice, and the men they encounter, we’ll be able to see that men are indeed, crazy too.

Character Breakdown:
Naomi King (Lead): Female, Mid-20s, Black or Mixed Race
One of the five main best friends, Naomi is a successful business woman who prides herself on having both a great career and relationship with her college sweetheart, Tristan Georges. Once their relationship goes south, she is left trying to figure out how to pick up her life without him and not let her situations dictate her emotions. Although she is very emotional, she’s the best support system for her friends, and tends to be overly protective of them.
Simone Campbell (Lead): Female, Mid-20s, Black
The closest of the friends to Naomi, Simone is an up-and-coming writer who is currently growing in her Christian faith, and the known peacemaker within her group of friends. Attempting to balance this new shift in her life, she is struggling to find the place where the new changes in her life and the old habits that die-hard are able to meet and live amicably amongst one another.
Tonya Roberts (Lead): Female, Mid-20s, Curvy, Black
Tonya is the voluptuously built out of the five friends. Although she is known as the “mom” of the crew because of being boggled down with responsibility majority of her life, she still likes to kick back and have fun from time to time. While she is an advocate of the curvy woman, she struggles with much insecurity due to being the “big one” out of the group, that no one is aware of – including her younger sister and roommate, Tiffany.
Tiffany Roberts (Lead): Female Early 20s, Attractive, Black
The youngest of the clan, the rest of the gang better knows Tiffany as “Baby T.” A sometimes college student, but full-time party girl, Tiffany is still trying to find her way and deal with the pressures of having a strong and successful older sister like Tonya. As like many young women, Tiffany’s thoughts are skewed when it comes to men and feels like almost every one she meets is “the one.” If you’re looking for the hopeless romantic with expensive taste, she’s who you’re looking for.
Patrice Bryant (Lead): Female, Mid-20s, Attractive, Black
Patrice is the loud, conceited friend that we all wish we weren’t friends with. Needing to be the center of attention at all times, her overzealous personality and self-proclaimed “constructive realness” towards anyone she meets is used to make up for her feelings of inadequacy in other areas. The comic relief of the group, Patrice is the one that you would hate if you could, but because of her loving personality, you couldn’t even if you tried.
