About Land of Dreams:
According to the New Mexico Film Office, Land of Dreams is starring Sheila Vand (“A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night,” “Argo,” “We the Animals”) and Mohammad Ghaffari (“The Devil’s Advocate,” “Little Odessa”). Land of Dreams “is about a young Iranian-American woman who is making an art project by photographing average Americans and recording their dreams. She drives to another land and enters into a mysterious Iranian Colony nestled in a mountainous desert. There she works to circumvent the system they have in place for interpreting the dreams she has been collecting. Unsure what is dream and what is reality, “Land of Dreams” will fascinate and enthrall with its sheer beauty and topical symbolism.”
