IKEA commercial casting call for dancers in Toronto, Canada.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in Toronto, Canada this Summer 2020.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Dancers (in their 20’s to mid 30’s) with some Acrobatic training and experience with rigging is preferred. Searching for athletic dancers that can not only perform an amazing routine, but have personality, charm and chemistry between them.
  • The performers should be relatable in their domesticity and blow us away with their athletic ability as the scene develops. Cirque du Soleil’s Choreographer Lydia Bouchard will be attached to the project.
  • Looking for classical and/or contemporary dancers with an urban flair, e.g: a vibrant hybrid of old Hollywood (La La Land), timeless contemporary (Cirque du Soleil’s “Diva” and “Rebel-Andorra”), and flairs of urban dance.

IKEA Commercial Casting Call

Jigsaw Casting is seeking a pair of Experienced Dancers for an IKEA Campaign in Quebec or Ontario!

This spot will be filming in Toronto, travel will only apply to Quebec residents, travel and accommodation will be provided.

We are looking for 2 Dancers who either live together, dance together, work together or share the same bubble. This is a choreographed commercial, dancing in close proximity. Production and talent will need to follow all COVID SAFETY ON SET PROTOCOL, see more details here: http://www.cpat.ca

Looking for:

PAY is approx. $2,500+ per person if selected. This is a union campaign. Real Dancers and non-union members are welcome to apply. Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Open to Ontario and Quebec Residents only. This spot is airing in English Canada Only. NOT UDA.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: THURSDAY July 27, 2020 at 9am EST.
Travel to Toronto: August 23, 2020. (If you live in Quebec)
Wardrobe: August 24, 2020.
Rehearsals: August 24th, 2020.
Shoot: August 27 and 28, 2020 in Toronto.
Travel home: August 29, 2020.
