About Hulu’s Pam & Tommy:
HULU’s Pam & Tommy is an upcoming limited series starring Lily James as Pamela Anderson and Sebastian Stan as Tommy Lee.
Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee are arguably one of the biggest celebrity couples. The upcoming production will be directed by I, Tonya’s Craig Gillespie and will center around the whirlwind relationship and the leak of their honeymoon sex tape.
Seth Rogen will play the man who stole Anderson and Lee’s sex tape. He is also an executive producer on the series. Currently, there is no release date yet. The eight-episode series will debut on Hulu. Production started this spring.
According to Deadline, Pam & Tommy will focus on Anderston and Lee’s “whirlwind romance that started with them marrying after only knowing each other for 96 hours in 1995.”
The leak of the honeymoon “shook the industry when it comes to celebrity privacy” and turned into a messy legal battle, according to Deadline. The couple sued the distribution company Internet Entertainment Group and eventually reached a confidential settlement. The couple welcomed sons Brandon Lee in 1996 and Dylan Lee in 1997. The former couple is not involved in the production of Pam & Tommy, but are reportedly aware that it is in the works.
